For most of our orders, you will receive a tracking number by email within 1 to 2 working days after sending it.
If you have not yet received it, please check your spam folder in your inbox.
If your order contains a pre-order product that is not yet available, you will not receive a tracking number until all the products in your order are available.
How do I redeem a coupon code?
1) Go to your Shopping Cart by clicking on the “SHOPPING CART” button in the upper right corner.
2) Click on the button “Coupon or promotion code? Enter here”.
3) Enter your promotional code.
4) Click on “Redeem”.
Why can’t I combine multiple coupon codes?
Coupon codes and promotions cannot be combined with other offers.
What is the cost shipping?
In Canada, we offer a flat-rate shipping fee of 9.99$ for orders below 150$ and free shipping on orders over 150$ (before taxes).
How long until I receive my parcel?
Orders are shipped expedited with Canada Post.
Once your order has been shipped, you can expect the following:
Quebec and Ontario: following business day
Center of Canada and Maritimes: 4 business days
Alberta: 5 business days
British Columbia: 6 business days

Why can’t I enter a shipping address outside of Canada?
Generally, we do not ship outside of Canada as Leuchtturm products are available in most of the other countries (you can view other countries by clicking on the small Canada flag on the bottom right of our webpage).
